Swim Instruction Rates
Swim instruction provided to children of all ages and abilities at Delta College's Fitness Center pool. Full payment of package deals are due the date of first scheduled lesson/treatment.
trial lesson, Private (1:1 Instruction)

Test out the waters with an initial trial lesson to see if the instructor is a good fit for your child. No pressure, no long term commitment required.
Adaptive Private Lesson (1:1 Instruction)
$45/30min
Child receives one-on-one instruction for 30 minutes.
- Specifically designed for children with medical diagnosis, communication differences, or learning differences.
- Includes communication, behavior, & sensory supports or strategies (use of "swim pass" visual, picture board, etc.)
- Hands-on support to improve skillset without flotation device.

General Private Lesson (1:1 Instruction)
$45/30min
Child receives one-on-one instruction for 30 minutes.
- Lessons designed to progress swim skills quickly.
- Hands-on support to improve skillset without flotation device.

General Swim Lesson, Semi-Private (2:1 Instruction)
$30/30min (per child)
2 children of similar age & ability with 1 instructor, receives instruction together for 30 minutes.
- Lessons with use of flotation device as needed for safety.

8 lessons - $220 per child (save $20)
Tune Up Lesson, Private
$40/30min
Child receives one-on-one instruction for 30 minutes.
1-2 lessons for clients who have been previous clients.
- Lessons focus on water safety and basic swim skills.
Occupational Therapy Services
Mind & Motion PLLC currently operates on a private pay only basis as we are considered out-of-network with insurance providers. Superbills are available upon request for families wanting to seek out reimbursement.
Occupational Therapy Evaluation (1.5 - 2 hours)

Includes report with OT recommendations & custom goals.

OT Treatment (In-Person)
$60/30min
30 minute in-person or community-based OT treatment session provided in Mid-Michigan.
Frequency and duration of treatment sessions determined by families.

OT Treatment (Virtual)
$50/30min
30 minute virtual OT treatment session provided throughout Michigan.
Frequency and duration of treatment sessions determined by families.

Please note additional travel fees will apply if your therapist is traveling over 15 miles for an in-home or community-based occupational therapy evaluation or treatment session. 15-19 miles = additional $25 charge. 20-24 miles = additional $30 charge. 25-29 miles = additional $35 charge. These fees apply per OT scheduled session.
